We deliver to all areas of the Sutherland Shire only

 

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order amount is $35 for free delivery within the Sutherland Shire. Contact us for any requests outside of the Sutherland Shire.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for orders over $35 within the Sutherland Shire. Contact us for any any requests outside of the Sutherland Shire.

 

What about Cash on delivery or Direct Deposit?

Both are available, use the coupon codes COD or DD during the checkout process. This will zero the cost and allow you to checkout without entering credit card details. For COD we will collect the cash when we deliver, for DD we will send you the bank details with your Order Confirmation email.

 

Do you do Corporate boxes, Christmas gifts or special occasions?

Absolutely, contact us to discuss.

 

What is in the box?

Seasonal organic goodness! The contents of the mixed, fruit or veg boxes vary throughout the year and are dependent on the seasonal availability of the fresh produce. We won't know exactly what is in your box until we finalise the order on the weekend prior to your delivery.

 

How do I plan my meals?

Seasonal produce does add some challenges to the typical weekly meal plan. Most seasonal / organic converts find this exciting! We also try to add weekly recipes via email / facebook to help you but we do encourage you search out new recipes. Remember seasonal means you are eating fruit and veg at the freshest possible time.

 

What if I don't like the combination of fruit and vegetables you deliver to me?

We do our best to provide not only quality produce, but a variety of fruit and veg. We understand that not everyone's needs are the same and that certainly tastes vary. If you have any specific dislikes, please ensure you alert us of this during your ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

 

What if my order is too much for my household?

If your eyes are bigger than your stomach, never fear! Because our produce is fresh from the grower on the day of the delivery, You will find it will last much longer than the conventional fruit and veg that you may be used to. Most of our produce will last refridgerated for up to two weeks, if stored correctly.

 

Do I have to place an order every week?

No, make it easy for yourself and join our automated order service, its so easy. At checkout you can select casual, fortnightly or weekly. Depending on your selection the produce will arrive magically at your door on Mondays! What an easy way to shop for busy people!

 

What if I don't know how to use the fruit and vegetables you provide?

The exciting part about ordering from us is that you never know exactly what surprises you may get. We will be providing you with seasonally fresh fruit and veg and every now and then there may be something you are unfamiliar with. Don't worry. We will be sending out a recipe or an information sheet with every order. Especially if there is something new and exciting on offer. These will then be archived on our website for easy access.

 

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order with no charges incurred, as long as it is done before end of business on the Friday prior to delivery. If you cancel an order or automated service after this time the following week will be charged at your previous order rate.

 

What happens if I don't have my order submitted on time?

If you do not have your order submitted on time, typically we will be unable to supply you with an order that week. We highly recommend joining our automated order service. That way you will never have to be disapointed in missing out on the freshest certified organic produce available in the Shire.

 

What if something is not available in organics one week, will you substitute it with conventional produce?

Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on always supplying you with certified organic produce. If something is not available one week, then we will substitute it, but with another item of high quality certified organic produce.

 

Can I place an order over the phone instead of over the internet?

Absolutely. If you wish to place a phone order, please contact Emma on 0458 682 005 before end of business on Friday and we will be happy to take your order for you.
