Pineapple and mint frappe
Serves 4
• 1 pineapple, peeled, chopped
• 1/4 cup mint leaves
• 12 ice cubes
• mint sprigs, to serve
Place pineapple, mint and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with mint sprigs. Serve.
