Hi we are Emma and Louise. We are "Shire Girls" who come from a nursing background. We met each other working together 5 years ago. Coming from a health background we are constantly reminded how important it is to look after your bodies and that eating organic produce goes a long way towards reducing risk factors associated with many illnesses that are increasing in todays society.

We are both passionate about "healthy living" and want to be involved in encouraging everyone to go organic and green for the health of yourself and your loved ones and for the health and sustainability of our environment. We can all do our bit to help save our planet.
